As part of its Monthly Mortgage Giveaway, NLC Loans is proud to present our first monthly mortgage giveaway winners: Lisa and Glenn Ware of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The pair took home a check for just under $560—the amount of their monthly mortgage payment.

“This is a real surprise,” said Lisa. “We’re so thankful for the opportunity to win.”

Glenn agreed. “We really appreciate it,” he said. “We’ve never had anything like this happen before, to be honest.”

The Wares received their prize and a tour of the NLC facility, where they posed for a photo with CEO Jeremy Sopko.

The very next day, NLC surprised yet another winner for the month of July: Richard Stask of Vermilion, who received a check for one month of his mortgage payment, totaling more than $1,050.

Stask said he too was incredibly thankful for the prize.

“It was definitely a nice surprise,” he said.
