Under Water On Your Mortgage?
HARP Loans Are Your Lifeline

The federal Home Affordable Refinance Program, or HARP, allows homeowners who are under water on their mortgages to refinance and take control of their finances. Could HARP help you?

The Home Affordable Refinance Program, or HARP, is a government home loan initiative that helps homeowners refinance their mortgages to secure better, more affordable rates.  Currently, more than 3.4 million homeowners have refinanced through HARP and there are still thousands who are eligible.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE HARP PROGRAM, YOU MUST MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA

  • You must not have any late payments on your mortgage within the last 12 months
  • You must not currently be in the process of foreclosure
  • Your loan must originally be owned by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae or sold to them before May 31, 2009
  • You must not have previously utilized the HARP home loan program for your home

APPLYING FOR A HARP HOME LOAN IS SIMPLE:

First, gather all of your relevant financial information including mortgage statements, paystubs and tax returns.

Second, contact NLC Loans to see if you qualify for HARP assistance.

Third, complete your application, get approval and complete the closing process.  NLC Loans will guide you through the entire process.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Government extends HARP loan program through September 30,2017. Act now before this benefit expires!

As a result of refinancing, your total finance charges may be greater over the life of the loan. Ask your NLC Loans Personal Mortgage Advisor for more details.
