Once again, NLC Loans has announced the winners of their August Monthly Mortgage Giveaway. This month, three winners received cash prizes: and they couldn’t be happier.

Patricia Hrabak took home a prize totaling more than $1,225—a month’s payment for her home in the Cleveland suburb of North Royalton. Hrabak posed for a photo with NLC Loans’ CEO Jeremy Sopko.

“I never win anything,” she said. “This is so exciting!”

Renee Schuster, of Sheffield, also took home a prize. Ms. Schuster had just closed on her new home, so she said the prize couldn’t have received her $1,277 prize at a better time.

“What great timing,” she said. “We’re moving in just a few weeks.”

Military veteran Cassandra Goler, of Akron, also took home a cash prize in the August giveaway. Goler received a $652 check so she could take a month off from paying her mortgage payment.

NLC Loans awards up to $2,500 to each winner every month. At the end of the year, one lucky entrant will win an entire year’s worth of mortgage payments as a grand prize.
