NLC Loans™ is proud to announce our three September Monthly Mortgage Giveaway winners. Three Ohio homeowners took home prizes, leaving an extra mortgage payment in their pockets this month.

Shannon Weiskittel, of Youngstown, took home a prize totaling more than $860. She was invited into NLC Loans corporate, where she took a tour of our facility and met our CEO, Jeremy Sopko.

Weiskittel, who’s a stay-at-home mom to her dog, a giant schnauzer, said that she was thrilled to receive the prize. Weiskittel is a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force for four years.

Brenda Flenoy, of Cleveland, was also lucky enough to take home a monthly prize. Flenoy, who works at The Cleveland Clinic, received nearly $720 to pay her mortgage payment.

“Thanks so much for this,” she said. “I’m so grateful. This is a really nice surprise!”

Chrystal Minosky, of Parma Heights, was our third winner this Septemper. She took home a prize totaling more than $680 and said she was “in shock” over it.

“I liked [NLC Loans] on Facebook and told all my family and friends,” she said. “They are actually going to enter as well!”

NLC Loans awards up to $2,500 to each winner every month. At the end of the year, one lucky entrant will win an entire year’s worth of mortgage payments as a grand prize.
